Ministry System’s Prayer Request – A large part of what we do is help the ministries we serve communicate with their supporters using the internet with email and websites. There is a change going on as non-profits learn how to replace their snail mail with the internet. This challenges us to provide competitive tools. Please pray for us as we work. |

Protecting your website information is part of what we do. We have had several intrusions that did no permanent damage but did get our attention. We have reacted by adding additional protection to our server that hosts many of your websites and had no further problems. Pray that we will stay diligent in this regard. |

One of the good things about the various ministries we are privileged to serve is that although start-up activity can be intense, the activity soon settles down. You see one way to define Ministry Systems is that we help build infrastructure. The Wiktionary offers two definitions.
An underlying base or foundation especially for an organization or system
The basic facilities, services and installations needed for the functioning of a community or society

As the internet grows and spreads to every corner of the world, I get excited about the ability to communicate to the mission field by just picking up the phone or using a computer in place of a phone. The cost is actually much less using a computer. The connection by computer also makes possible a video connection so we can see each other as we talk. We are connecting this capability to a video projector which has recently become more affordable so that a group can now participate in the conversation.
